Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Service Concierge to join our Customer Service Department. In this role, you will act as the Chief Customer Care Advocate, ensuring all customer interactions are positive and promote loyalty. You will manage communication with customers before, during, and after visits, addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions to maintain Victory Automotive Group’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the customer experience and implement adjustments to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to resolve issues related to sales or service.
  • Manage a follow-up system to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop action plans to address and rectify customer concerns, serving as a liaison to appropriate departments.
  • Participate in department meetings and provide feedback focused on customer experience improvements.
  • Provide backup support when needed to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support department goals.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong commitment to embodying the company vision and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and use performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Outgoing, professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Capability to communicate effectively with management and team members.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Technologically proficient, adept at using customers’ preferred communication methods.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with elead CRM and Reynolds & Reynolds systems is beneficial.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
