We are seeking a Service Business Development Representative to join our team in Highland, IN. This role is key to managing customer service inquiries and scheduling service appointments efficiently while supporting the Service department with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming service inquiries and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Receive, process, and coordinate all incoming service appointments via phone, website, and online chat
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments, and follow up with customers regarding missed or upcoming appointments
  • Assist customers with questions about service pricing, duration, warranty coverage, and service packages
  • Coordinate communications and issues with relevant Service department personnel
  • Track loaner vehicles and confirm special order parts
  • Perform clerical duties including managing paperwork and preparing reports as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the Service department

Work Hours

This is a full-time position. Specific work hours will be communicated during the hiring process.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, customer service, or call center role preferred
  • Working knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Friendly and helpful attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly professional and dependable work ethic
  • Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work
