Job Overview

We are seeking a Service Assistant to join our team and support the service department by delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. This full-time role is based in Soquel, CA, and offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $16 to $17 depending on experience.

Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming sales and service appointment inquiries via phone and internet, including scheduling and follow-up.
  • Coordinate questions and concerns with appropriate department personnel.
  • Track sold vehicles and maintain hot sheets.
  • Confirm availability of special order parts.
  • Assist in following up on phone and internet sales leads.
  • Provide administrative support as needed for Sales and Service departments.
  • Handle paperwork, records, and documentation including forms and reports.
  • Attend staff meetings, trainings, and educational sessions as required.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and manage the money drawer with accountability.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.

Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred.
