Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee and manage daily office operations. This role involves supervising office staff, coordinating recruitment and training, maintaining office systems, and ensuring effective communication throughout the dealership. Additionally, the Office Manager will assist with payroll processing, onboarding new employees, and ensure compliance with company policies and paperwork standards.

The successful candidate will bring prior dealership experience, strong administrative capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with business applications.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate office records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Oversee human resources functions including employee benefits administration.
  • Manage workload distribution among office staff and evaluate resource needs.
  • Prepare and deliver timely, accurate reports as requested.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

  • Previous experience working in a dealership environment.
  • Proficiency with business software, including payroll, scheduling, and accounting applications.
