Position Overview

We are seeking a Master Certified Service Technician to join our team. This role involves servicing and repairing vehicles according to established standards and procedures, including performing pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards. The successful candidate will deliver top-quality workmanship and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose vehicle issues using experience, analysis, and testing
  • Perform routine and complex repairs and service inspections independently
  • Maintain the highest level of technical training and certifications
  • Ensure vehicles are clean during service or repair processes
  • Complete all required documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Support shop operations by maintaining appearance, safety standards, and inventory stocking
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and shop policies and procedures
  • Participate in all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support efficient shop operations

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Experience in dealer-level or large facility automotive service
  • High level of automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Professional and dependable with strong work ethic
  • Safety-conscious and customer service oriented
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to read and understand instructions
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
