Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Master Certified Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair vehicles with high quality and professionalism. This role ensures all work meets industry standards while providing exceptional customer satisfaction. The technician may also perform pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to guarantee optimal condition for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose vehicle issues through experience, analysis, and testing
  • Perform routine and advanced repairs and service inspections independently
  • Maintain continuous training to stay current with industry advancements
  • Ensure vehicles remain clean during service and repairs
  • Complete required documentation accurately and comply with regulations
  • Support shop maintenance, including inventory management and safety standards
  • Follow all shop policies, safety procedures, and environmental guidelines
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business goals

Work Environment

This full-time position operates in a professional, non-smoking, and drug-free workplace. The role demands strong physical stamina and the ability to work productively in a fast-paced team environment with a focus on excellent communication and customer service.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Experience at dealer-level or large automotive facilities preferred
  • Advanced automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Professional, dependable, and safety-focused work ethic
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
