Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Master Certified Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair vehicles while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires advanced diagnostic skills, ability to perform both routine and complex repairs, and the capability to work efficiently within a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately diagnose vehicle issues using experience, analysis, and testing
  • Perform routine and advanced repairs and inspections independently
  • Maintain up-to-date training and certifications to ensure skill mastery
  • Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained during service and repair
  • Complete all required documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient shop environment
  • Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and environmental regulations
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success

Work Hours

This is a full-time position with standard weekday work hours. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Master Certified Technician with dealer-level or large facility experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical and electrical automotive knowledge
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
  • Customer service and safety oriented
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to read and understand instructions clearly
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required
