Position Summary

As a Lube Technician at Victory Nissan of Nashville, you will perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and fluid changes according to established procedures. Your work ensures vehicle safety and quality while supporting high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repair
  • Check, top off, and replace fluids and filters including oil, brake, transmission fluids, and engine coolant
  • Perform routine service inspections and standard maintenance tasks
  • Complete documentation accurately following company and regulatory standards
  • Assist with inventory stocking and shop appearance to maintain safety and efficiency
  • Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental guidelines
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business operations

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a full-time role that requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong communication skills are essential.

  • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Professional, dependable, and safety-conscious work ethic
  • Basic computer and internet skills

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions clearly
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required
  • Previous automotive experience or training is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
