Position Summary

As a Lube Technician at Victory Nissan of Nashville, you will perform routine vehicle maintenance such as fluid changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections. You will ensure all services meet quality standards while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance including checking and replacing fluids, filters, and other vehicle components.
  • Rotate tires and conduct multi-point vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and the service shop.
  • Document service work accurately according to company policies and regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management and general shop duties to support efficient operations.
  • Adhere to all safety, environmental, and procedural guidelines.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management as needed.

Work Environment

This fast-paced, team-oriented work environment requires physical stamina and dexterity. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Dependable with a professional work ethic.
  • Strong focus on safety and excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency.
  • Effective verbal communication abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly.
  • Physical capability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required.
  • Previous automotive experience or training is preferred but not required.
