Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lube Technician to join our service team. The technician will perform routine vehicle maintenance including fluid changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform oil changes and check vehicle fluids such as brake, transmission, and coolant.
  • Rotate tires and inspect tire condition and pressure.
  • Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs.
  • Replace filters and top off windshield wiper fluid as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service.
  • Complete required service documentation accurately and comply with safety and environmental standards.
  • Support the upkeep of the service shop, including inventory management and safety compliance.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Working Conditions

This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects. The environment is fast-paced and team-oriented, demanding a positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
  • Basic computer and internet skills.
  • Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions.
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy items as required.
  • Willingness to learn; automotive training or repair experience is a plus but not required.
