Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will service vehicles by performing routine maintenance such as rotating tires, multi-point inspections, and changing automotive fluids. You will ensure vehicle fluid levels, tire pressure, filters, and other maintenance components meet standards while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate may have some automotive experience or training but must possess a willingness to learn. You should have a valid, unrestricted driver's license, a clean driving record, and the physical stamina required to perform maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repairs
  • Inspect and top off or replace fluids and maintenance parts such as oil, filters, brake fluids, transmission fluids, and windshield washer fluids
  • Perform routine service inspections and complete standard maintenance jobs
  • Complete all required documentation in compliance with regulations and company standards
  • Assist in maintaining shop appearance, inventory stocking, and safety standards
  • Follow all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental guidelines
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient shop operations

Work Environment and Hours

This is a full-time position requiring availability for the second shift. You will work in a team-oriented environment that values professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Availability to work second shift hours
  • Professional, dependable, and safety-focused attitude
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required
  • Entry-level candidates with some related work experience are encouraged to apply
