Position Summary

As a Finance Manager, you will assist customers in securing financing and insurance for their vehicles, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. You will prepare necessary documentation, promote extended service contracts and protection products, and collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with vehicle financing and insurance options, explaining aftermarket products, extended warranties, and dealership service policies in detail.
  • Assist customers in obtaining financing that meets all applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Prepare and review all required state and federal documents related to vehicle purchases accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing rates and programs.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure effective referral of new vehicle sales to the Finance & Insurance department, offering information on finance and lease programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of dealership experience preferred
  • Confident demeanor with a professional and strong personality
  • Dependable and highly professional work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers, vendors, and staff
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in mathematics
  • Strong computer and internet navigation skills
