Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. The F&I Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of vehicle financing and insurance, helping customers obtain financing, preparing required documentation, and promoting extended service contracts and protection products. This role plays a vital part in ensuring compliance with laws and dealership policies while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer vehicle financing and insurance products to customers with clear explanations of aftermarket products, extended warranties, and service procedures.
  • Assist customers in securing financing through lenders according to federal and state regulations.
  • Prepare all necessary state and federal documents accurately and timely.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing options.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure timely referrals to the F&I department and provide finance and lease program information.
  • Present and sell finance and insurance products in a compliant and customer-focused manner.
  • Structure and finalize vehicle deals to maximize profitability while ensuring lender approval.
  • Ensure accurate completion and submission of all required documentation.
  • Stay compliant with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (F&I)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
