Position Summary

The Express Lube Technician is responsible for performing vehicle maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections. You will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service while following all safety and shop procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs
  • Check tire condition, pressure, and various automotive fluids including brake, transmission, and coolant
  • Complete multi-point inspections and document service details accurately
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with all shop policies and safety regulations
  • Assist with inventory stocking and general shop upkeep to ensure efficient operations
  • Attend required meetings, training sessions, and educational programs
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills and professional appearance
  • Safety-conscious with a commitment to customer service
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
  • Previous automotive experience or training is preferred but not required; entry-level candidates are welcome
