Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls and inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and support the sales and service departments with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming sales and service appointment requests via phone and internet
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments
  • Coordinate with appropriate departments to address questions and issues
  • Track sold vehicles and maintain hot sheets
  • Confirm special order parts
  • Assist with follow-up on phone and internet sales leads
  • Handle paperwork and maintain records, including forms and reports
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Additional duties may be assigned as business needs evolve.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of sales or telemarketing experience preferred
  • Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles
  • Professional and dependable work ethic
  • Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with computers and internet applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with dealership software and Reynolds and Reynolds is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
