Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for sales and service inquiries, ensuring an exceptional experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and greet visitors promptly and professionally
  • Manage and coordinate sales and service appointment requests via phone and internet
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, including missed appointments
  • Track sold vehicles and maintain hot sheets
  • Confirm special order parts and coordinate with relevant departments
  • Assist in following up on phone and internet sales leads
  • Prepare and maintain paperwork, reports, and necessary documentation
  • Provide administrative support to Sales and Service departments
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Work Hours

This is a full-time position with standard business hours. Specific scheduling details will be provided during the interview process.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with dealership software and Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus
  • Professional appearance and a dependable work ethic
