Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage incoming sales and service inquiries, provide excellent customer support, and assist the sales and service departments to meet customer needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming sales and service appointment requests via phone and internet
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, including missed consultations
  • Address customer questions and direct concerns to the appropriate departments
  • Track sold vehicles and maintain updated hot sheets
  • Confirm the status of special order parts
  • Assist in following up on phone and internet sales leads
  • Manage necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Work Environment

This is an in-person position located in Mechanicsville, VA. The workplace is professional, drug-free, and non-smoking, with a strong emphasis on respect and teamwork.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Friendly and helpful attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Dependable with a professional work ethic
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with computers and internet, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is advantageous
