Position Overview

Victory Toyota is seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Representative to join our team. This role involves managing incoming sales and service inquiries and providing excellent customer service to support our Sales and Service departments. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and enjoy working in a goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process all incoming sales inquiries, showroom requests, service requests, and internet queries.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointments.
  • Greet customers in person and on the phone with a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Coordinate customer questions and issues with appropriate department personnel.
  • Track sold vehicles and update hot sheets accordingly.
  • Confirm special order parts and follow up with related departments.
  • Manage paperwork, maintain accurate records, and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles.
  • Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Friendly and helpful attitude with strong customer service skills.
  • Highly professional, dependable, and responsible.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is an advantage.
