Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage incoming sales inquiries, schedule appointments, and support both the Sales and Service departments to meet customer needs. This position offers a chance to grow within a professional and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming sales and service appointment inquiries via phone and internet.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments while addressing customer questions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to resolve customer issues and fulfill requirements.
  • Track sold vehicles and maintain current hot sheets.
  • Confirm availability of special order parts as needed.
  • Assist with follow-up on phone and internet sales leads.
  • Prepare and manage paperwork and documentation accurately.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Friendly and helpful attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and dependable work ethic.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and internet applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is advantageous.
