Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. This role involves servicing and repairing vehicles following established procedures to ensure quality and safety. The technician will also perform pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to guarantee excellent condition for customers.

The ideal candidate will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintain a professional appearance, and deliver outstanding customer service. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine service inspections and repairs in compliance with standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicles and the service area
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and timely
  • Support shop operations including inventory management and general housekeeping
  • Adhere to all safety, environmental, and procedural policies
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting heavy objects
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Customer service and safety oriented
  • Dependable and detail-oriented work ethic
  • Previous automotive experience or certifications, such as ASE, are preferred but not required for entry-level candidates
