Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant who is passionate about sales and customer service. The successful candidate will have knowledge of or the willingness to learn about vehicles, industry trends, and financing options. This role involves presenting new and pre-owned vehicles to customers in an informative and engaging manner, promoting prompt sales, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships for repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with vehicle selection, highlighting model options, features, and available services.
  • Promote financing and purchase options in accordance with dealership policies.
  • Conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety rules.
  • Provide clear explanations of vehicle operation, warranty, and servicing upon delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation.
  • Negotiate sales effectively, ethically, and clearly.
  • Stay informed on current vehicle models, accessories, financing, and promotions.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and educational sessions as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.

  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
