Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Automotive Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform routine vehicle maintenance services including fluid changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks and replacements.
  • Inspect tires, filters, windshield wiper fluid, brake and transmission fluids, and engine coolant.
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during servicing and uphold a clean, safe shop environment.
  • Complete required documentation accurately in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Support inventory management and shop organization tasks.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing education.
  • Adhere to all shop policies, safety procedures, and environmental regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

This is a fast-paced team role requiring physical stamina and dexterity. A professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for providing excellent customer service in a respectful and safety-conscious workplace.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Dependable and professional work ethic.
  • Strong focus on safety and customer service.
  • Basic computer and internet skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions.
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required.
  • Automotive experience or training preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
