Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Automotive Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance services to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform oil changes and replace automotive fluids, filters, and parts as needed
  • Rotate tires and conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
  • Check tire pressure and fluid levels, including windshield wiper, brake, power steering, transmission, differential, and engine coolant
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness during service procedures
  • Complete accurate documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Assist with shop maintenance, inventory stocking, and adherence to safety procedures
  • Follow all shop policies, safety standards, and environmental guidelines
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and educational programs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a full-time position based at our Canton, MI facility. You will work in a fast-paced automotive service environment alongside a supportive team dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Strong communication skills and professional appearance
  • Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and team focused
  • Automotive experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
